I am so in love with this book! I like the character development the plot progression, the tension between the characters; Delaney, Ruckus and Trystan. I love the action sequence and the dash of romance of the book! I love the writing style where is the author eventually had me hooked and made me curioser and curioser about what is to happen next in the characters.
I developed a special liking towards Trystan, I don’t know why but he seems to be a quite redeemable character as so I’ve seen in his development throughout the book. I like his intensity though there’s a bunch of sketchy and creepy towards his character since his eyes seem to always gleam in malice. But, I’m hoping for a better change next book.
The budding romance that I sensed between Ruckus and Delaney the moment he took her from the alley was so awaited I am so happy when their ship finally set sail. *sighs* hot alien dude. The whole time the two of the, were let alone in a room I was all like:
There’s politics and power play and I like how Delaney laid down her cards that helped her survive the play of pretend. Also that ending? INSANE! Like seriously, the author knows how to make a cliffhanger that had the reader clawing for the next book!
Recommended not only for the fans of sci-fi romance books but for everyone especially those of the fans of the TV show Star-Crossed. Amazing amazing book you guys.
